Siakago girls is among more than 100 provincial schools that the government is planning to upgrade to national schools to cater for the larger number of pupils capable of joining national schools and who have been missing chances due to limited vacancies.
The school which in Mbeere North district, in Embu County is being considered alongside Kangaru School, Moi Mbiruri, and Kyeni Girls.
